I have used Hallmark ecards for years and find the selection good. Web site does not always work well, but overall not too frustrating. Only problem is that when you sign up it is a recurring annual charge so you are permanently hooked in. This past year I tried to do a 1 year renewal and instead they double billed me and made it a recurring charge. I tried contacting them via email and got an automated response. Only way to reach a live person is to call the Hallmark phone number on the web site and that person can only reach the ecard people via email. Only solution is to dispute it on your credit card. Too much of a pain and not worth the trouble. Looking for an alternate ecard provider.
In summary, I would not recommend Hallmark.com to a friend.
