I had bought five cards from the papyrus website and had to return two cards that my daughter could not use. I brought the cards to one of their retail stores to return and they said they do not except returns bought online and that I needed to mail them back. So I contacted customer service asking them to send a prepaid label for the return and simply refused because it passed the 14 day return policy.
Just be aware that Papyrus doesn't have free return shipping and that if you want to return something they will only except it within 14 days. And they count from the purchased date and not the receiving date. It took 5 business days to receive my order. And they shipped two days after I placed the order and they need to receive the return Within 14 days of purchase. So you do the math.
In summary, I would not recommend Papyrus Online to a friend.
