Have been a member of American Greetings for many years. Most of the time I've been very pleased with the quality of the e-cards and the technical effectiveness of sending them out. Recently I have two problems. One was that cards I created and set to send out at a future date, were sent out on the date I created them arriving too early which is annoying to some recipients. The second problem is in trying to send out multiple baby announcements. First of all it was very difficult to download a photo to the card. Seemed to take a very long time when finally succesful. Second issue is the difficulty in sending to multiple addresses. You are not allowed to add name and e-mail addresses in an orderly way. The addresses have to be added in a string and there are invariably errors which are difficult to correct. My sense is that AG's would prefer if you order printed cards which is easier but more expensive and less environmentally effective.

I am looking for a site that is strictly e-card as the environmental issue is important to me. Otherwise American Greetings has been excellent.

In summary, I would recommend American Greetings to a friend.
