Do Not Use Smilebox - Worst business ever engaged in!!!

SO SAD that i unfortunately just had a meeting today all in reference to customer service and moments of truth and how they are handled to keep customers and gain new ones as well... because i witnessed the worst customer service i have ever received with this company, who i have also recommended to MANY friends, family, and colleagues by the way... went through the cancellation process after my 14 day free trial after realizing it would not be utilized but very few times a year to justify the cost of a year's membership, and then realized the day after it had ended that i was still charged. so after searching for quite a while for any type of customer service or support number to discuss the concern with a representative and there is none. they do not wish to converse in any way with their customers besides via "ticket" submission and reply back and forth via email. i found that already a but strange and pretty poor sign of the customer service right off the bat if you can't even speak with a person AT ALL..? but anyways, i was confused why i had to cancel twice and now one of the times being after the trial was ended and after explaining my confusion and concerns about why it had not been cancelled the first time and i was still charged (please keep in mind that this is ONE day after the trial ended) i have been basically told that i need to give them proof of the first cancellation or they are not willing to refund me... so since it's quite obvious that the first cancellation for whatever reason did not go through or was not completed on their end, not quite sure of the exact reasoning behind it, i obviously would not have proof or none of these problems would exist? so after re-explaining this to them i received a second rude and dismissive response as if it had been my plan all along to scheme them out of ONE extra day's worth of NOT EVEN UTILIZING it just to then attempt to get my money back? each response was rude, sarcastic, and lacked empathy and EVERY other aspect of customer service, let alone GOOD customer service. so long story short, if you've never signed up with them- DON'T!!! if anything goes awry there is no one to speak with, they don't care, and have no intentions of actually helping. OR if you have already happened to sign up for a free trial, make sure that you obtain and save any and all proof- and CANCEL!!! because you should also be psychic and have known exactly what you should be receiving upon cancellation so that when you're still charged they can use you not having been psychic against you. so sad and ridiculous.

In summary, I would not recommend Smile Box to a friend.
