I was a recurring subscriber to Hallmarks’ prior e-card site. I liked the variety, ability to personalize a message and to send group emails. I didn’t receive any prior notice from Hallmark when it shut the site or any reference to a partial refund of my annual recurring fee. Nor was I given the option to consider any alternatives. Its main site appears limited. Worst kind of customer service and akin to a con man who flees in the night.
In summary, I would not recommend Hallmark.com to a friend.
