We have done business with Leanin’ Tree for many years, probably decades. During this time we developed trust with our reps. Our trust was abused, and we were taken advantage of. This year, they spammed us with more cards then we would sell in 3 years, and sent me to collections for not paying for an unopened box. I thought I had sent the last box back. I sent them back via UPS when I found them last week. Today, I received a letter from collections. As a healthcare provider during the pandemic, I was busy taking care of patients and overlooked sending back the cards until last week. Our rep was shady to send me the cards in the first place! The lady I spoke to today was unapologetic, said it was too late, and told me to talk to collections. She is keeping the cards too! Get cards made by a company that doesn’t thrive by taking advantage of family owned small businesses.
In summary, I would not recommend Leanin Tree to a friend.
