Lousy customer service 04 July 2014 Reviewer: Bjean from Houston, Tx 369 of 733 people found this review helpful Card Range: Card Quality: Features: Ease of Use / Navigation: Ease of Joining / Registration: Customer Support: Value for Money: Overall Star Rating: Lousy lousy customer service. constant problems that are never fixed. very difficult to contact. no phone contact. send email complaints and requests to fix problems and all you get is a generic "sorry you are having problems" return email. they take away favorite cards.
