Signed up for a free trial and they IMMEDIATLY charged me

Signed up for a free trial and they IMMEDIATLY charged my credit card despite having a confirmation email of a Free trial as well as confirmation of the cancellation of said trial. This all occurred in the same day. The contact us by email questions do not get responded to and the phone line says "due to unforeseen circumstances we are closed" once you make it through the automated prompts. Ha to resort to reporting fraud to my bank (be sure to have them block all future charges from them!
In summary, I would not recommend Blue Mountain to a friend.

ECard Failure - Slow to Admit Problem - Not Responsible
16 January 2022

I placed an order to send an ecard for Christmas, with a photo attached. The card was nice. However, I uploaded a photo and expected the card to be sent with photo on xmas day. Card was sent but apparently not the photo. I contacted customer service and BlueMountain took several days to determine that the photo had not been included with my ecard. They refused to accept responsibility for the problem, refused to re-send the card with the photo, thanked me for helping them identify their technical problem, and then told me that I should try to send it again because they thought they had fixed their problem.
BlueMountain was totally uninterested in customer service and just told me, the customer, that I should try to send my Christmas card again - and this was on December 29!
Pathetic,
Paul Co

I like BlueMountain cards, but the card variety was getting repetitive. Price was reasonable but I was sending to the same people and couldn't find variety enough.

Outdated Crappy mixed up software

I finally have given up trying to use this service. You can spend a lot of time just getting to the end and then find it kicking you out. Trying to get back in, you will find it trying to have you become a member which you already are. When I give up, the next day I get a computer generated note asking why I did not send the card. WELL I DID NOT SEND IT BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE DID NOT LET ME~! Tired of fooling with your terrible service, will try another place to do my cards in the future.
In summary, I would not recommend Blue Mountain to a friend.

Printable cards are full of problems
25 July 2014

Their previous version of making printable cards was much better and had more choices. With this version, it continually asks me to run a printer set-up even though I have been using the same printer each time. Most fonts won't let you bold or underline them. The menu at the top sometimes disappears so if you are in the middle of a card and want to save it, you are out of luck because the menu to "save this card" is not there. There are no options to change the color of a text box background. Changing the font is not easy; sometimes highlighting the existing font to change it and selecting another font works and sometimes it doesn't. There are other bugs but I can't think of them all right now. Complaints are not answered.
In summary, I would not recommend Blue Mountain to a friend.

Lousy lousy customer service. constant problems that are never fixed. very difficult to contact. no phone contact. send email complaints and requests to fix problems and all you get is a generic "sorry you are having problems" return email. they take away favorite cards.
In summary, I would not recommend Blue Mountain to a friend.

Nice cards but you will be billed for life.

Bluemountain.com has an expansive selection of cards for every reason and season. They are easy to select and you can set reminders for birthdays or events. You can also create the cards in advance and time when they go out.
Here is the hard part: I was a member for years but I eventually needed to cancel my membership. I was billed again. I cancelled again. I was billed again. When I first cancelled I spoke with a real person, now they are 100% automated and even generated a auto-response letter after I complained via email. There was no way to speak with a live person. Every year I see a renewal charge that I can't get rid of.
The charge is $15.99. Honestly, if the yearly cost was cheaper I would have kept my membership. But the cost was too high for the amount of cards I sent, and now I am just continually being charged for a service I never use.
In summary, I would not recommend Blue Mountain to a friend.
