This is the 4th time within a year that some of my cards were never sent. Received the message
"Your Greeting is Scheduled to be Sent". But it never got sent. Sent an email to Blue Mountain
telling them about the issue & to cancel my account. Their response was "we can't cancel your account until your subscription is up". Never said they would look into it or they were sorry this happened. Just sent 2 Valentines cards & they were never sent. Been a customer of theirs for many years & they have gone down hill. Moving on to a new ECard company..
In summary, I would not recommend Blue Mountain to a friend.
