Terrible customer service!

Beware of Minted! You can not use gift certificates or gift cards in combination with any other promotional codes. Gift certificates and gift cards are not considered a form of payment by Minted. Minted considers gift certificates to be "promotions" and they will not let you use any other promotions with them (e.g., 15% off promotions or free shipping). Their customer service people were VERY rude and not responsive to my situation. What retail company considers a gift certificate as a promotion instead of a form of payment, like a credit card?! Very poor customer service. In summary, I would not recommend Minted to a friend.
